Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Python and a good understanding of business workflows, enabling effective ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements
Design and implement new features and functionalities in Odoo
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo applications
Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Manage Odoo deployments, upgrades, and migrations
Prepare technical documentation for developed modules

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Odoo framework (v14/v15/v16 or higher)
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL
Experience with XML, QWeb, JavaScript
Familiarity with Odoo ORM and module development lifecycle
Understanding of REST APIs and integrations
Knowledge of Git/version control systems
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in Odoo.sh or cloud deployment
Exposure to Docker or containerized environments
Knowledge of business domains like Accounting, CRM, HRMS, Inventory
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
