Skill Set :
-Prospecting & Research -Identifying potential clients, gathering relevant market information, and analysing data to uncover new business opportunities.
-Communication -Conveying ideas clearly and persuasively through verbal, written, and active listening skills.
-Relationship Building - Establishing trust, nurturing long-term partnerships, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder connections.
-Negotiation -Reaching mutually beneficial agreements through strategic discussion, persuasion, and problem-solving.
-Business Acumen -Understanding market dynamics, financial principles, and organizational strategy to drive informed decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities :
-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and referrals.
-Client Management: Nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and conducting meetings to understand client needs.
-Presentations & Demos: Delivering tailored presentations of products or services to potential clients.
-Closing & Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and addressing objections to secure deals.
-Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
-CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and customer information in CRM systems.
-Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to refine sales strategies"
