BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO)

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to support our business expansion efforts. The BDO will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, assisting in proposal development, and contributing to overall business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely communication.
Maintain sales records and provide regular reports on progress and pipeline.
Represent the company in meetings, events, and client interactions as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
