Sr. Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and leadership abilities to drive high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience: 7+ yrs
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based applications.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture planning.
• Develop and consume RESTful Web Services and integrate third-party APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Implement unit testing and integration testing using popular testing and mock libraries (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and CI/CD processes.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Spring Framework (Spring Core – Dependency Injection, Annotations, XML Configuration).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Hibernate ORM.
• Proven experience in developing applications using RESTful Web Services.
• Experience working with application servers such as Apache Tomcat.
• Strong expertise in MySQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and responsive design using Bootstrap.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and ticket tracking tools such as Redmine, Backlog, etc.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
