Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Creative Executive to develop engaging digital content and visual assets that enhance brand presence, drive patient engagement, and support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
π¨ Creative & Design
β Design high-quality creatives (images and videos) for social media, website, ads, campaigns, and promotions
β Create posters, banners, brochures, patient education materials, and clinic branding assets
β Develop visually appealing video thumbnails, reels covers, and ad creatives
β Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
π± Digital & Social Media
β Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Google campaigns
β Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, testimonials, and Educational content)
β Plan and execute campaign creatives for health camps, offers, and awareness drives
β Collaborate with the marketing team for performance-driven ad creatives
π¬ Video & Multimedia
β Basic video shooting and editing (clinic shoots, doctor interviews, testimonials)
β Motion graphics and animation for healthcare awareness content
β Develop creative concepts for paid ad campaigns
π Brand & Campaign Support
β Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to translate medical concepts into engaging visuals
β Assist in campaign planning and creative strategy
β Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials

Required Skills
β Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
β Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
β Basic knowledge of video editing & motion graphics
β Good communication and coordination skills
β Ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
β Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
β 1β3 years of experience in digital design (Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage)
β Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, and video editing work
