Team Lead

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or senior development role.
• Experience in delivering enterprise applications (Housing Finance / Mortgage domain preferred).
• Proven experience acting as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams in delivery-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET (4.8 / 6+) and C#,ASP.NET Web API and RESTful services, SQL Server, including query writing, stored procedures and performance tuning , CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and Dapper.
• Exposure to modern application architectures (layered, microservices and event-driven).
