Salesforce Functional Consultant

What’s important to us:
We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant who acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements
- Design functional Salesforce solutions
- Configure objects, fields, workflows, Flows, reports, and dashboards
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Support UAT and issue resolution
- Act as primary point of contact for functional discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of Salesforce consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and process automation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Preferred)

- Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
