Techversant is seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect who will serve as the technical authority and go-to person for complex engineering challenges. This role requires deep expertise across multiple programming languages, architecture styles, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, and leadership teams to design scalable, secure, and future-ready systems.



Experience

10–15 years of overall software engineering and architecture experience




Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale, mission-critical systems.
Design systems using multiple architectural styles, including:
Microservices
Event-driven architecture
Serverless
Monolithic-to-modernization patterns
Apply design patterns and enterprise integration patterns to solve complex technical problems.
Ensure architectural decisions align with scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization goals.

Technical Leadership

Act as the primary technical point for engineering teams.
Mentor senior engineers and associate architects on architecture best practices.
Review and approve solution designs, high-level designs (HLD), and low-level designs (LLD).
Drive architectural governance, standards, and best practices across teams.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

Design and implement solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Guide teams on containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD strategies.

Emerging Technologies

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they add business value.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with managers, engineering leaders, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Programming & Development

Strong hands-on experience with multiple programming languages, such as:
Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular
Deep understanding of OO design principles, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

Architecture & Patterns

Proven experience in:
Design patterns
Distributed systems design
API-first and domain-driven design (DDD)
Messaging and event streaming systems

Cloud & DevOps

Experience in at least one major cloud platform:
AWS / Azure / GCP
Containers (Docker)
Orchestration (Kubernetes)
CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)

Security & Reliability

Strong understanding of:
IAM and access control
Encryption and data protection
Secure API design
Compliance and audit requirements
Experience designing highly reliable and resilient systems.
