Odoo Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

Location: Infopark, Kochi(Work From Office Only)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, have a solid understanding of the Odoo framework, and be comfortable working on module development, integrations, and system configurations. Knowledge of Other ERP system is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo modules, workflows, and reports based on business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code within the Odoo framework.
Perform Odoo ERP system setup, configurations, and upgrades including data migration and access management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
Work with PostgreSQL databases for queries, optimization, and data management.
Customize front-end elements using XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Maintain code repositories (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub) and follow best practices in version control.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and features to enhance system efficiency.
Assist in deploying solutions on odoo.sh and manage Odoo installations.
Support existing applications and contribute to continuous improvements in ERP systems.

Requirements

3–4 years of proven experience in Odoo development.
Strong knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management.
Experience in customizing Odoo using XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with odoo.sh and Odoo installation processes.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
Domain knowledge in CRM, Sales, HR, Accounting & Finance, SCM, or Retail preferred.
