Technical Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality output.
•Drive architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
•Develop high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core.
•Ensure adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices.
Project & Delivery Management
•Plan and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
•Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.
•Convert business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
•Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality.
Hands-on Development
•Participate in coding, debugging, and optimizing backend components.
•Implement microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native designs.
•Troubleshoot complex issues across the applications stack.
Collaboration & Communication
•Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retros.
•Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

5+years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
Strong proficiency in:
•.NET Core / ASP.NET Core
•Entity Framework Core
•REST API design
•Microservices architecture
Experience with:
•SQL Server / PostgreSQL
•CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
•Cloud services (Azure / AWS)
•Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
