Business Development Executive (Fresher)
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Business Development. The role involves generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
*Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international IT markets.
*Generate leads through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
*Present and promote the company’s software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, Web & Mobile Apps).
*Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
*Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and software demonstrations.
*Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and track sales activities.
*Build strong client relationships to drive long-term growth.
Skills Required
*Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
*Strong interest in IT/software sales.
*Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
