Job Description:
We are hiring a mature and dynamic Service Manager to lead our customer support operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will manage two Team Leaders – one for On-call/Online support and another for Onsite support – and ensure efficient coordination across departments and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide two Team Leaders (Online/On-call & Onsite Support).
Track day-to-day support activities and maintain service quality.
Conduct and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance meetings.
Coordinate effectively with Development, Accounts, Sales, and other teams.
Handle important client interactions and site visits for relationship management.
Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit regular reports to senior management about service performance and improvements.
Monitor KPIs and ensure timely responses and actions from the support team.

Eligibility & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT/ERP/software support or service management.
Strong knowledge in programming, databases, and ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Age above 40, with a valid 4-wheeler driving license.
Ready to travel locally for customer visits and implementation coordination.
