Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales or partnerships, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and expanding market presence across domains like IT, Insurance, Banking, or similar industries.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and tailor appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale relationship management.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and business cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Business Intelligence, Operations, Product) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and offerings.
• Proven business development or sales experience (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and business analytics.
• Strong understanding of industry verticals like Insurance, IT, BFSI, or others.
• Strategic thinking with a solution-selling approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or any related field.
• Strong client network or industry connects.
• Adaptable to changing business environments and open to learning.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
