Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications to support the development and implementation of software solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in a relevant role. Experience in the BFSI and Asset Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
* Interacting with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Scoping and defining the business requirement.
* Preparation of Documents like BRD, SRS etc. with process flow diagrams, User interfaces.
* Conducting Gap analysis and documentation.
* Management of Project Management tools for monitoring and reporting to higher authorities.
* Discussion of the Functional Solution and Wireframes to the end users and Technical Team.
* Analysis and design of banking solutions.

Educational qualification:
MCA, MBA, B. Tech

Required work experience:
* Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, Designing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
* Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
* Hands-on experience in preparing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap Analysis, and other key project documentation.
* Exposure to financial and banking solution design and development, with a good understanding of domain-specific processes and system capabilities.
* Proficiency in using project management tools, UI design tools etc.
* Exposure to Asset Management (Secured and Unsecured Loans and advances) software is an added advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams.

Good to have technical skills:
* Experience in Wire frame tools
* Experience in work flow creation tools
* Sequence diagram creation
