Software Test Engineer-Chatbot /AI

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer(communication center/ Chatbot) for testing all different aspects of the software solutions, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the performance levels and overall quality.

The preferred candidate must have:

2 + yrs of experience in the area of Quality Management

Experience Manual & Automation Testing

Experience in Communication center/chatbot, CRM, Web/ Mobile Applications, AI

Chatbot experience Preferred

Clear communicator (written and verbal)

Experience in developing testing approach, test plan, Test cases, & Test reports as well as defining test data requirements

Experience in Integration & Performance Testing
