Sr Executive - Accounts Receivables

An ideal candidate should have

* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable
* Should have end-to-end experience in the AR processes, from invoicing and payment
processing to collections and dispute resolution.
* The candidate should have a successful history of leading and guiding teams in an AR environment.
* The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and compliant AR management.
* Excellent communication skills
* A proactive and analytical mindset to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and resolve challenges effectively.

It would be good to have:
* Ability to follow up on outstanding invoices and handle collection efforts professionally while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
* Skill in analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances.
