About the Job
We are looking for a Market Research & Business Intelligence Expert to identify new industries, markets, and business opportunities for our software development, digital transformation, and AI solutions.The role will focus on understanding industries, identifying technology gaps and business challenges, validating market needs, and providing actionable insights to guide our business development, technology, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Research markets and industries to identify business opportunities.
* Identify technology gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
* Conduct market, competitor, and technology research.
* Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to validate opportunities.
* Identify target segments, decision-makers, and ICPs.
* Evaluate the commercial potential and feasibility of technology opportunities.
* Prepare concise research reports with findings and recommendations.
* Support Sales and Marketing with insights for targeting, positioning, messaging, and lead generation.

* Experience in market research, business intelligence, business analysis, strategy, or related fields.
* Strong analytical, research, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
* Confidence in engaging with customers and industry stakeholders.
* Ability to identify business challenges and technology-driven solutions.

* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to convert research and feedback into actionable business recommendations.
* Experience in technology, AI, software development, consulting, or digital transformation is an advantage.
