Your Mission

• You design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications within a Scrum team.
• You cooperate closely with Frontend Developers, Product Management, Project Management, QA, Support, and
Sales.
• You ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, optimizing performance and user
experience.
• You contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• You coach, provide feedback, and share your knowledge with your team.
• You continuously improve code quality through reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices.
• You use the right tools for the job, guided by your analytical skills to align with customer requirements.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Java development.
• You must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a full-time regular course and must have passed all subjects with no standing backlogs (distance/offline education is not considered).
• You must have profound knowledge of Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST, and SQL.
• You must have solid experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and
frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• You must have experience with Scrum, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL, Multithreading, Memory Management, Performance Analysis, and Memory Dump Analysis.
• You have built web applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• You are a collaborative team player, passionate about learning new technologies, and committed to delivering quality results.

LINUX ADMINISTRATOR (IT ENGINEER / DEVOPS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining and continuously improving our intercontinental network and Linux server environment, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across multiple global locations.

This is a mission-critical role for professionals who enjoy working in large-scale, high-performance infrastructure and are passionate about open-source technologies and automation.

Your Mission:
• Plan, design, and maintain our intercontinental network across six global locations.
• Optimize our data center packet-switching infrastructure for reliability, low latency, and high throughput.
• Keep our network secure using OpenBSD firewalls and manage customer connections via leased lines and VPNs.
• Develop and enhance automated network configuration tools using 100% open-source software (e.g. Ansible, Python).
• Participate in a rotating on-call system (approximately one week in five, fully compensated).
• Work in a 24/7 shift environment to ensure uninterrupted infrastructure availability
• Assist in maintaining our fleet of ~600 Linux servers (Debian 12, CentOS 8).
• Expand your expertise by learning technologies such as Kubernetes and Puppet.

Your Profile:
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration and networking.y
• Programming experience in at least one scripting language, ideally Bash, Perl, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and networking, with proficiency in command-line operations.
• Experience with Icinga, Puppet, Hiera, Linux KVM, Git, Facter, Ansible, or MySQL is desirable.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools, switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience working in 24/7 operations or data center environments will be an added advantage.
