Power BI Consultant (Contract Based)

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant for a short-term engagement to design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards and reports. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
2. Create and maintain efficient data models
3. Develop DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs
4. Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query
5. Connect and integrate multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
6. Optimize report performance and data refresh processes
7. Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs
6. Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

1. 3 - 6 years of experience in Power BI / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
2. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop & Service
3. Solid knowledge of Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
4. Experience with SQL
5. Ability to quickly understand business requirements
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Experience working with financial or transactional datasets
