Infopark offers a range of business spaces for IT/ITES companies. To set up your business in Infopark-own buildings, companies must submit a Letter of Intent on their company letterhead, addressed to “The Chief Executive Officer, Infopark”. Space is allocated based on availability. Once an offer is made, companies are required to submit the following documents:
Company profile
Detailed Project Plan of the Proposed Business activity includes estimated employment, revenue projections for the next 5 years, domain area, details of the ongoing projects, clientele etc.
Copy of the documents of the company incorporation
Copy of the PAN of the company
Copy of GSTIN registration
Self-attested copies of the Photo ID proofs of the Directors with passport size photographs
Audited balance sheet of the company for the last 3 years if the company is in existence for more than 3 years or the copy of the IT returns filed by the Directors
All documents must be signed and sealed by the authorized signatory. These are required for securing space in the Government-owned buildings within Infopark.
Once submitted, Infopark will verify the documents and issue a Letter of Allotment/Consent. Companies can occupy the space within 30 days by signing the final lease agreement.
For spaces within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), companies must obtain unit approval from the Office of Development Commissioner, Cochin SEZ, before commencing operations. Infopark will hand over possession only after receiving the SEZ unit approval.
