HR Trainee
1. Assist the Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process.2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
4. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
6. Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.
7. Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
8. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
9. Maintain employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
10. Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
11. Support employee engagement activities and company events.
12. Help maintain HR policies, forms, and documentation.
13. Coordinate with colleges for internships, campus recruitment, and placement drives.
14. Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates.
15. Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
Required Skills
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
2. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
