Customer Support Associate (Voice Process-US Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Associate-Customer Support to join our team for the US shift. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to interact professionally with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on assigned leads.
Introduce the company's products or services and generate interest.
Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Schedule follow-up calls and update the CRM or internal tracking system.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling, telesales, or customer support role is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.

Qualification
Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Shift - US Shift

Preferred Skills
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
