Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, strong international business development experience, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. The role requires a highly motivated individual contributor who can drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Generate revenue through IT Services, Fixed Cost Projects, Staff Augmentation, and Managed Development Services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and B2B clients.
Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to propose effective client solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–8 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development as an Individual Contributor.
Proven experience selling one or more of the following:
IT Services
Fixed Cost Software Projects
Staff Augmentation Services
Managed Development Models
Strong exposure to international markets, including the UAE, US, UK, and other global regions.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end B2B sales.
Strong client acquisition and account management skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Good understanding of IT service sales, solution selling, and consultative selling methodologies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Experience in building and managing sales teams will be an added advantage.

Technical Understanding

A good understanding of modern technology stacks and digital solutions is preferred, including:

Backend: .NET, Node.js, Python
Frontend: Angular, React
Cloud and modern software development technologies (preferred)
