Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through manual and automated testing while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and reliability of the software by understanding business requirements and functional specifications, designing effective test cases, executing tests, and validating bug fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure client requirements and product enhancements are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions.
• Analyse automated test results, investigate failures, and maintain existing automation test suites to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Skills Required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Acceptance, Smoke, and Exploratory Testing.
• Good understanding of database structures with the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience in API testing.
• Experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.

Good to Have

• Experience with Playwright for web automation.
• Hands-on experience with Appium for Android/iOS mobile application testing.
• Knowledge of performance/load testing tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or C# for test automation.
• Experience in testing mobile applications (Android/iOS).
