Management Trainee – Project Management

The Opportunity

This is not a coding role.
As a Management Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, clients, and engineering teams to understand how technology projects are planned, executed, and delivered. Over 18–24 months, you'll be mentored to take ownership of projects and grow into a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams
• Track project progress and follow up on action tasks
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and project documentation
• Understand client requirements and support project planning
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
• Learn Agile/Scrum practices and use AI tools to improve productivity
