Management Trainee – Business Development

The Opportunity

This is an entry-level role designed for future Business Development professionals.
As a Management Trainee, you'll work closely with senior leadership and the sales team to learn how enterprise business is identified, nurtured, and converted into long-term client relationships. Over 18–24 months, you'll be groomed to independently manage customer engagements, business development activities, and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Generate leads through research, networking, and digital platforms
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Visit prospective and existing clients to understand business needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
• Support contract discussions and follow up on opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer solutions
• Use AI and digital tools to improve sales productivity

Compensation

• Paid trainee stipend for the first 3–6 months
