Senior IT System & Cloud Administrator

We are looking for experienced Senior IT System & Cloud Administrator to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities

1. Support compliance efforts through a basic understanding of ISO 27001 and TISAX frameworks.
2. Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for software deployment, policy management, reporting, and device enrollment (Microsoft Autopilot, Apple DEP, Google ZeroTouch).
3. Administer Microsoft Cloud services, including Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Risky User management, Enterprise 4. Applications and Entra Connect.
5. Utilize Microsoft Security Portal for threat management and compliance monitoring.
6. Administer and support Exchange Online environments and manage and configure Microsoft Teams settings and permissions.
7. Configure and administer Windows Active Directory, including user, group and group policy management
8. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
9. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks.
10. Provide support and configuration expertise for Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
11. Monitor automated Tasks and Synchronizations

Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 10+ years of proven work experience as an IT Administration or similar role. In addition to this you will need to meet the following requirements:

1. Basic understanding of network infrastructure.
2. Experience in working with a Microsoft hybrid environment.
3. Hands-on experience of Microsoft Server 2012 – 2025 and Active Directory.
4. Deep Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud services, particularly Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, Quarantine.
5. Experience managing Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, including administration and configuration tasks.
6. Solid experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and streamlining IT processes.
7. Strong analytic-troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
8. Good communication and documentation skills.
