The Role

We are looking for a Business Growth Executive who can take ownership of sales and marketing activities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

This role requires someone who understands that successful sales are not just about pitching a service. It is about understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities, communicating value effectively, and building long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment, capable of understanding changing market trends, and able to adapt communication strategies to different customer segments.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, strategic partnerships, and other lead generation activities.
Engage with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Present Spiralcode's solutions in a clear and consultative manner.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company targets.


Sales & Client Management

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams during project onboarding.
Consistently work towards achieving individual and company revenue goals.


Marketing & Market Research

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Identify potential market opportunities and customer segments.
Contribute ideas that improve lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Support organic marketing initiatives through professional networking, content sharing, and relationship-building activities.
Customize communication and outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.


Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities.
Track conversion ratios and revenue performance.
Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who are proactive, confident, and commercially aware.



Required Qualifications & Skills

1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Comfortable working with targets and performance expectations.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and business networking platforms will be an advantage.
