As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to strengthen our front-line sales engine and build qualified opportunities across target markets.

Role Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will play an important role in generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding customer needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for the senior sales or business leadership team.

This role requires a good understanding of B2B sales, technology services, and outbound outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be confident in pitching services related to Retail Digital Transformation, AI Automation, Agentic AI, and IT Staffing, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound business development campaigns through cold calling, email
• outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other digital channels.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers across target accounts in retail, e-commerce,
technology, and other relevant sectors.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales
leadership team.
• Build awareness and interest around the company’s core service offerings, including:
• Retail Digital Transformation
• AI Automation
• Agentic AI solutions
• IT Staffing / Digital Workforce services
• Research companies, industries, and buying signals to identify high-potential
opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate contact details, activity notes, and
opportunity stages.
• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align outreach with campaigns,
messaging, and target account priorities.
• Support account mapping, prospect list building, and sales pipeline development.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through structured nurture and re-engagement
campaigns.
• Share market feedback and insights to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach
effectiveness.

Core Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a
similar B2B sales role.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of B2B technology or services-based selling.
• Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activities and CRM
updates.
• Confidence in speaking with managers, directors, founders, and business decision-
makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as with cross-
functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have

• Experience in selling or generating leads for IT services, staffing services, digital
transformation, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Exposure to retail technology, automation, AI, or workforce solutions.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting sales efforts across UK, Europe, GCC, or North American
markets.
• Basic understanding of consultative selling and solution-based outreach.
