Senior HR Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in HRMS software and HR tools
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
