Management Assistant (0 - 1 Year)
We are looking for a proactive and organized Management Assistant to support day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities across customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer follow-ups and maintain smooth communication with clients
2. Track invoices and payment status, and coordinate with internal teams for updates
3. Support customer relationship management activities and maintain client records
4. Coordinate with internal teams to monitor delivery/service progress
5. Maintain reports, documents, and communication records
6. Support management with day-to-day coordination tasks and operational follow-ups
7. Assist with basic HR and finance coordination tasks when required
Requirements:
1. Fresh graduates (MBA) / 1 year experience in administration, customer support, operations, or coordination roles
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong follow-up and organizational ability
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
