Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technology-oriented Senior Content Strategist to lead Cubet’s digital content and brand communication initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, storytelling ability, copywriting skills, and social media expertise to create impactful content across multiple digital channels.
The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming complex technology concepts into engaging, meaningful, and business-focused content that strengthens Cubet’s brand positioning in software development, AI, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other digital platforms.
Develop engaging social media content strategies and manage Cubet’s digital presence across platforms.
Write technology-focused content related to AI, software development, digital transformation, healthcare technology, EdTech, enterprise solutions, and emerging technologies.
Develop compelling copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, and branding initiatives.
Create case studies, customer success stories, company profiles, capability documents, and thought leadership content.
Collaborate with leadership, business development, design, and technical teams to generate impactful content ideas and campaigns.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives through creative communication strategies.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and digital teams for content execution and publishing.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media posts, reels, snippets, and campaign materials.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and industry trends to continuously improve digital outreach.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, copywriting, or digital media roles.
Strong understanding of technology domains such as software development, AI, cloud, enterprise applications, SaaS, healthcare tech, or digital platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging business-oriented content.
Experience managing LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.
Understanding of SEO and GEO fundamentals and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to independently manage content calendars and multi-channel communication initiatives.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency.
