Project Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator (Field Work) to support project activities, communication, documentation, and coordination with teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and willingness to travel as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily project tasks and activities to ensure timely completion
* Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and meeting notes
* Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors effectively
* Assist in preparing proposals and technical documentation
* Track project progress and maintain accurate records
* Work with MS Office and Google Docs for documentation and reporting
* Support overall project execution and operational efficiency
* Travel frequently for project-related activities when required
Requirements
* Any Graduate
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities
* Willingness to travel frequently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
