About the Job:
Seeking a strategic and technical Salesforce Platform Manager to oversee the health, scalability, and
release integrity of the Salesforce ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
This role serves as the primary custodian of environments, ensuring production stability while
architecting a modern, federated development strategy and establishing a Center of Excellence
to enable product teams to deploy code safely.
As platform lead, responsibility includes managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce releases.
Including major seasonal updates and continuous CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
And supporting the streamlining of release management and testing environments for
Salesforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
Continuous growth in technical skills and Salesforce platform knowledge is expected, including
learning and adopting new Salesforce products and technologies as they are implemented.
What you’ll need:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform Management or Salesforce Architecture.
Tools: Expert-level proficiency with Copado for CI/CD and release orchestration.
Technical Depth: Deep understanding of the Salesforce multi-tenant architecture, governor
limits, and environment management.
Communication: Proven ability to translate complex technical releases into business-friendly
roadmaps.
Problem Solving: Experience managing "Business Critical" production environments and working
directly with Salesforce's premier support tiers.
Work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects,
workflows, triggers, SOQL & SOSL.
Apply best practices and design patterns to build applications on the Force.com platform.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Data Cloud: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, modeling, and
activation) is highly desirable.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer or
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder/Admin.
Develop high-quality, scalable applications with Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning frameworks
(Aura and/or LWC), as well as declarative and configuration-driven development
