DevOps L2 Support (Chinese + English)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 production support for cloud and DevOps environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, alerts, and performance issues
Work with AWS and Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) platforms
Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability tasks
Collaborate with L3 teams and stakeholders across regions
Maintain SLA adherence and documentation

Required Skills:
Strong DevOps support experience
Hands-on with AWS (mandatory) and exposure to Alibaba Cloud
Experience in CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, scripting (Shell/Python)
Excellent Mandarin & English communication skills
Experience in incident management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
