Lead Software Engineer - .NET/ .NET Core

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (.NET / .NET Core) with strong technical leadership experience to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, lead development teams, and manage client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle and project delivery
2. Design and develop scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using .NET/.NET Core
3. Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions
4. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and solution ownership
5. Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
6. Mentor and manage development teams, ensuring coding standards and best practices
7. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
8. Ensure delivery timelines, risk management, and adherence to Agile/Scrum practices

Required Skills

1. 6+ years of experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
2. Strong hands-on experience in Microservices architecture
3. Experience with SQL Server and database design
4. Strong experience in REST API design and integration
5. Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
6. Proficiency in Git and version control best practices
7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
8. Proven experience leading teams and working in client-facing roles
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Exposure to Angular/ React JS
2. Experience with Azure/ Cloud platforms
3. Agile/ Scrum delivery experience
