Immediate Opening for Senior Sales Executive -Salesforce Service Sales

Role Overview:


We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to spearhead our sales efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate is a highly independent, target-driven professional capable of generating leads, pursuing opportunities, and closing deals with mid-size and enterprise customers. This role requires someone who can leverage their expertise with Salesforce and B2B enterprise selling across multiple channels in the USA market. Additionally, prior experience in Salesforce consulting, an existing contact network in the US Salesforce ecosystem, and familiarity with lead generation tools and sales enablement platforms would be highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:


· Generate new business opportunities in the US geography through proactive outreach and networking.

· The ideal candidate should possess 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation for Salesforce consulting services.

· Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, first level solution pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

· For candidates not handling full closures, should have experience in taking ownership of cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and first-level opportunity qualification

· Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior IT leaders.

· Work closely with presales and delivery teams to create winning proposals and solution decks.

· Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM.

· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Conduct market research to understand client challenges, competitive landscape, and Salesforce technology trends to perform Value Selling.


Required Skills & Experience:


Location : Chennai(Hybrid)

· Experience in IT services sales, with strong exposure to US clients.

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in selling Salesforce services

· Proven track record in hunting and closing deals in the US market.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

· Strong US network or prior experience working with US customers.

· Experience in consultative selling.

· Ability to manage time-zone alignment with US clients.

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage
