Immediate Opening for Senior Sales Executive -Oracle Fusion Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to lead our US market sales initiatives for Oracle Fusion ERP Offerings. This is a pure hunter role suited for a highly independent individual contributor who thrives in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closure with mid-market and enterprise customers.

The role suits candidates with proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP selling as well as those who bring strong expertise in cold calling and lead generation for the US market, even if they have not handled complete end-to-end sales cycles. Familiarity with modern lead generation tools and sales enablement platforms is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Generate new business opportunities in the US geography through proactive outreach and networking.
⦁ The ideal candidate should possess 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation for Oracle Fusion ERP Offerings.
⦁ Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, first level solution pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
⦁ For candidates not handling full closures, should have experience in taking ownership of cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and first-level opportunity qualification and hand over qualified opportunities to senior sales or closure teams.
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior IT leaders.
⦁ Work closely with presales and delivery teams to create winning proposals and solution decks.
⦁ Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM.
⦁ Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
⦁ Conduct market research to understand client challenges, competitive landscape, and Oracle Fusion technology trends to perform Value Selling.

⦁ Experience in IT services sales, with strong exposure to US clients.
⦁ 3–5+ years of relevant experience in selling Oracle Fusion ERP offerings
⦁ Proven track record in hunting and closing deals in the US market.
⦁ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
⦁ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
⦁ Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
⦁ Strong US network or prior experience working with US customers.
⦁ Experience in consultative selling.
⦁ Ability to manage time-zone alignment with US clients.
⦁ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage.
