Job Description:

Strong hands-on experience with any 3 RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, OCR, RPA Migration and intelligent document processing.
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient automation solution/architectures
Proficiency in .NET, Java, Python, or similar languages.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for designing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing performance.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
Strong problem-solving, process analysis, and optimization skills.
Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing RPA solutions.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and recommend appropriate RPA/IPA solutions
Lead design and deployment of automation workflows using leading RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
Define enterprise-wide RPA/IPA architecture, standards, and best practices.
Establish security, compliance, and audit frameworks for automation solutions.
Explore AI/ML, NLP, and process mining technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
Monitor, analyse, and continuously improve automation efficiency and scalability.
Guide developers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in automation.
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/code walkthroughs.
Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations.
Support pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategy.
