Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The role requires strong project governance, client management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation models.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, operational, and business teams.
• Ensure project documentation, compliance, governance, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide timely status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to best practices in project delivery.
• Lead client discussions, requirements gathering, and expectation management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple, end-to-end projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
