Android Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android Lead to design, architect, and deliver high-quality Android applications. You will lead the Android development team, take ownership of technical decisions, and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for modern Android devices.

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of Android applications
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for the Android team
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver features
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and code quality
- Plan development activities, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely delivery
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and risks
- Manage Play Store releases, updates, and compliance
- Continuously improve codebase, architecture, and development processes

Requirements
- 7+ years of Android development experience building enterprise-grade applications
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior Android role
- Strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack components
- Experience with MVVM/MVP architecture and modern Android development practices
- Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, memory management, and multithreading
- Experience with REST APIs, sockets, JSON parsing, and real-time/chat applications
- Ability to build complex UI and ensure responsiveness across devices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
