iOS Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced iOS Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS applications.
You will lead the iOS team, own technical decisions, and build scalable, high-performance apps for the latest Apple devices.

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of iOS applications
- Mentor and guide iOS developers; conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security
- Plan work, provide estimates, and ensure timely delivery
- Handle App Store submissions, releases, and maintenance
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical risks

Requirements
- 7+ years of iOS development experience with enterprise-grade applications
- 2+ years in a lead or senior iOS role
- Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Cocoa Touch
- Experience publishing apps on the App Store
- Solid understanding of OOP, protocols, delegates, and memory management
- Experience with REST APIs, sockets, JSON parsing, and chat/real-time apps
- Ability to build UI programmatically and follow best iOS practices
