We are seeking an experienced Associate Team Lead – Angular who can effectively balance innovation with delivering the most suitable solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, collaborate closely with the team, and adapt to the languages, tools, and applications used within our development environment. They will play a key role in contributing to both technical excellence and team success.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and architect scalable technical solutions, ensuring they align with long-term business goals and modern industry standards.

· Actively participate in and lead all phases of the application development lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping to deployment and support.

· Partner with UX Designers to transform complex wireframes into high-performance, responsive interactions, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and optimized rendering.

· Drive sprint success within an Agile/Scrum framework, managing technical debt and ensuring on-time delivery of features.

· Quality & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.



Technical Requirements

· Angular (4+ Years): Expert-level proficiency with modern Angular (v17–v20+), including Standalone Components, Signals, and Zoneless change detection.

· RxJS Mastery: Advanced expertise in reactive programming, handling complex asynchronous data streams, and state management.

· Frontend Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), and Cross-Browser compatibility.

· Responsive Design: Proven track record in building mobile-first, fluid layouts that adapt across all device types.

Architecture & Integration

· RESTful Services: Deep experience in designing, consuming, and documenting RESTful Web Services.

· Event-Driven Programming: Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data handling (WebSockets, SSE).

· Version Control: Advanced mastery of Git and CI/CD pipeline integration.
· Full-Stack Familiarity: Experience with Node.js or variants for server-side logic.

· Legacy & Alternatives: Knowledge of AngularJS (for migration paths), React, or D3.js for advanced data visualization.

· Testing: Proficiency with modern testing frameworks (Cypress, Jest, or Playwright).
