Senior Manager – Customer Success
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Customer Success will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Voyon Folks HRMS, ensuring successful implementations, high adoption, and long-term customer success across enterprise customers in India, Middle East, South East Asia, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise HRMS implementations from onboarding to stabilization.
Drive project planning, execution, timelines, and delivery governance.
Act as the primary owner for customer relationships, escalations, and CXO-level engagements.
Ensure strong stakeholder coordination across customer, internal teams, and partners.
Drive product adoption and value realization of Voyon Folks’ configurable HRMS platform.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for smooth delivery, renewals, and expansions.
Key Skills & Experience:
10+ years in SaaS / HRMS / ERP customer success or delivery roles
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Solid understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance)
Proven experience handling enterprise, multi-entity, and multi-location customers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Exposure to India, Middle East, South East Asia, or Africa markets is a strong advantage
