Python Developer-– AI & Voice Agent Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with deep expertise in AI workflows, AI Agents, and Voice AI Agents. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational systems capable of handling complex, multi-step business processes across multiple channels. The role requires hands-on experience in AI development, WebRTC, and SIP-based telephony integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered chatbots and voice agents using Python.
Implement and optimize AI workflows and autonomous AI Agents for complex business processes.
Integrate voice AI capabilities, including speech recognition, TTS (Text-to-Speech), and conversational voice interactions.
Develop and maintain WebRTC- and SIP-based telephony integrations for real-time voice communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, real-time AI solutions.
Work with LLMs, RAG systems, or other AI architectures to enhance agent intelligence.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance AI systems for performance and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, AI workflows, agentic AI, and voice technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years in Python and Python-based AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with chatbots, agentic AI, AI Agents, and AI workflow orchestration.
Voice AI Agent experience is mandatory (speech recognition, TTS, conversational voice AI).
Experience with AI development, WebRTC, and SIP telephony integration.
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or similar AI architectures.
Knowledge of cloud deployment, APIs, and real-time system integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
