Business Analyst & Content Writer Intern

Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and motivated Business Analyst & Content Writer Intern who can support both business analysis and content creation activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical thinking as well as creative writing and want hands-on exposure to product, business, and content operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting business and product requirements
Analyze workflows, user journeys, and business processes
Prepare requirement documents, user stories, and basic flow diagrams
Support product and development teams during discussions and reviews
Assist in testing, validation, and documentation of features

Content Writing Responsibilities
Create clear and engaging content for app descriptions, blogs, internal documents, and announcements
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
Assist in drafting product-related content, FAQs, and help guides
Support marketing and communication teams with content requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Word / Google Docs and basic spreadsheet tools

Good to Have
Familiarity with Agile / SDLC concepts
Experience with content writing, blogging, or documentation
Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar
Basic SEO or digital content knowledge
