Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
*Identify and research potential companies across various industries
*Generate new leads through online platforms, databases, and direct outreach
*Make cold calls to decision-makers to explore opportunities
*Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
*Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team
*Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM
*Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets
Requirements
*Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or customer-facing roles
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong cold calling and persuasion skills
*Ability to confidently approach decision-makers across industries
*Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
*Experience in IT lead generation is a plus, but not mandatory
