Video Editor – Social Media & Marketing Campaigns
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who has hands-on experience in editing videos specifically for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand short-form content, ad creatives, engagement hooks, and conversion-focused video formats.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos for:
o Instagram Reels
o Facebook Ads
• Promotional & Marketing Campaigns
• Create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3–5 seconds
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects
• Optimize videos for different aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
• Work with marketing team to create ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing videos
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of:
o Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
o After Effects (Basic motion graphics)
• Experience in editing performance marketing ads
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Ability to create fast-paced, engaging short-form videos
• Knowledge of basic color grading and audio balancing
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Visual Communication, Film Studies, Animation, or related field
(OR)
• Diploma/Certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, or Digital Media
(OR)
• Self-taught with a strong portfolio (Portfolio matters more than degree)
Experience
• Fresher / Up to 6 Months Experience
• Candidates with internship or freelance experience in video editing are welcome.
• Must have a strong portfolio showcasing:
o Instagram Reels
o Facebook promotional videos
o Marketing or ad campaign edits
