Responsibilities
1. Support in optimizing and adapting the HR processes mapped in SAP SF as well as master data maintenance (work schedules, workflows, business rules, etc.)
2. Administration of our Success Factors modules
3. Contact person for employees and managers in our Success Factors modules (1st level support)
4. Coordination with various internal departments to find the best solution
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 3 years of proven work experience in HR or similar role. In additional to this you will need to meet the following requirements:
1. Know-how and experience in working with SAP Success Factors (as user or administrator)
2. Understanding of numbers, Excel formulas and logical connections
3. High degree of independence and assertiveness
4. Efficient way of working and organizational skills

Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

We are looking for a responsible Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with full time work from office and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
1. Greet visitors, manage registration, and issue badges in line with security protocols.
2. Coordinate visitor per-approvals with building security and internal stakeholders.
3. Handle inbound calls, route inquiries, and record messages professionally.
4. Manage conference and meeting room bookings and schedules.
5. Arrange cabs, couriers, transportation, and oversee mail and parcel handling.
6. Maintain front desk records/logs and provide general administrative support, ensuring a professional reception area.
Requirements
1. 3–5 years’ experience in front office, reception, or admin roles
2. Excellent verbal and written communication
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
4. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
6. Professional, well-groomed, and able to handle visitors, calls, and multiple priorities efficiently

IT Support Admin

We are seeking a responsible IT Support Administrator for our Kochi office (full-time, work from office) to provide first-level IT support to employees and travel to other In-tech locations as required. Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
2. Troubleshoot network/ Wi Fi issues and coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Support video conferencing systems, meeting room technology, printers, scanners, and shared devices.
4. Set up workstations for new joiners, provide IT on boarding support, and manage home-working kits.
5. Maintain IT asset inventory, perform audits, and ensure proper maintenance of desk equipment.
6. Respond to user IT support requests, handle software installs/updates, and perform basic troubleshooting.
7. Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, and support activities; CCTV experience is a plus.
8. Work onsite in Kochi and travel to other In-tech locations as required for onsite support
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2. 3+ years’ experience in IT support/help desk/desktop support
3. Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking (Wi Fi/LAN)
4. Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, printers, VC systems, and peripherals
5. Strong problem-solving, customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
6. Willing to work 5 days from office; IT asset management/inventory tool experience is a plus
