We’re currently inviting applications for the role of Facilities Manager responsible for supporting delivering and managing high quality engineering facilities across a multi-site India portfolio. Ensuring safe, compliant and well-maintained workplaces that support our businesses operational needs, but also ensuring our engineers have the highest quality facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can quickly assess the environment, take ownership, and drive meaningful change across our facilities as the business expands across India.
2. Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple sites, ensuring all building facilities, equipment, and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
3. Conduct regular site inspections, identifying maintenance needs, safety risks, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive repairs efficiently.
5. Ensure all sites comply with Indian legislation, including Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Partner with site managers to understand operational requirements and prioritise work accordingly.
7.Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring high standards and value for money.
8. Lead projects such as refurbishments, relocations, and facilities upgrades including IT infrastructure.
9. Maintain accurate records for compliance, certifications, and inspections.
10. Coordinate emergency procedures, including fire safety, incident reporting, and business continuity planning.
11. Monitor and manage the facilities budget, providing updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
12. Support sustainability initiatives and monitor utilities usage to identify energy and cost-saving opportunities.
13. Preparation and continually review facility budgets, in collaboration with the internal finance team.

Requirements:

1. Proven facilities management experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a hands-on role for a multi-site environment
2. Must have prior experience in delivering new facility projects from start to finish
3. Experience managing external vendors and contractors
4. Strong knowledge of health & safety and building management compliance requirements
5. Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused approach
6.Confident people manager with the ability to lead and develop a team
7.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, well organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
8.Must be experienced with MS Excel especially and all other Microsoft tools.
9. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
10. You must have first-rate business level English and communications skills.
11. As such, you’ll need a confident personality who enjoys interacting with all levels and departments in a business.

Senior Procurement Officer

We’re currently inviting applications for the role of a Senior Procurement Officer responsible for our purchasing department in India. Ensuring our supply chain processes are managed and robust to handle the business increasing procurement requirements. This opportunity offers both onsite with hybrid work options.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. This is a senior hands-on role to take ownership of procurement across India, ensuring continuity of supply, strong supplier performance and value for money.
2. Management of a broad range of categories across the organisation, focussing predominantly on indirect, non-stock purchases.
3. Place and track purchase orders to ensure continuity of supply across both businesses
4. Manage and develop vendor relationships, including pricing and contract negotiation
5.Ensure procurement activity aligns with budget targets and cost-control objectives
6. Maintain accurate vendor and procurement records
7. Ensure purchased products meet technical and regulatory compliance standards
8. Support internal and external audits with clear procurement traceability
9. Work with our senior management and finance department to identify procurement improvement priorities by analysing forecast spend, supply markets and specification options.
10. Work closely with operations and service teams to support engineering teams’ delivery

Requirements:

1. Must have plus 6 years of hand on experience in a procurement or buyer role.
2. Must have experience of SAP, ideally with the S4 Hanna module.
3. Must understand the entire the PO approval process from start to finish.
4. You must have first-rate business level English and communications skills.
5. As such, you’ll need a confident personality who enjoys interacting with all levels and departments in a business.
6. Experience vendor and stakeholder management skills, well organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
7. Must be experienced with MS Excel especially and all other Microsoft tools.

Requirements
• The ideal candidate would have a high level of teamworking, communication skills and work independently.

• Experience working with international project locations would be beneficial.
• Experienced in operating SAP S/4 HANA would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
You will support and work alongside our existing project controlling teams to carry out the controlling of our global customer projects for the following tasks:
• Project controlling and administration of projects using SAP S/4 Hana, including the creation of new projects, support during the project period and closing activities.
• Create plan and forecast data for projects in SAP S/4 Hana & SAP Analytics Cloud together with the project managers.
• Monitor and control project budgets and all project-related costs including the reporting on project performance.
• Creating invoices and month end closing processes.
• Close cooperation with the project manager in all project stages to ensure the quality to ensure the quality of reporting and the success of the project.
