We are looking for a Specialist in Management Systems with minimum 3 - 5 years of strong experience in ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities
1. Implement and set up Energy Management Systems (EMS) in line with ISO 50001 requirements.
2. Obtain and consolidate international energy data from various sources.
3. Document, analyze, and evaluate energy performance data.
4. Compare energy consumption against defined targets and identify deviations.
5. Create and maintain energy consumer lists and energy usage records.
6. Prepare, propose, and monitor energy efficiency measures and improvement initiatives.
7. Support management evaluation and review meetings with relevant data and reports.
8. Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 50001 standards.
9. Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring compliance and documentation readiness.
10. Ensure continuous improvement of the energy management system.

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
2. Strong knowledge of energy performance analysis and reporting.
3. Experience in conducting internal audits and supporting certification audits.
4. Good understanding of compliance, documentation, and management review processes.
5. Strong analytical and documentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
