We are looking for experienced Atlassian Support Specialist to join our team in based out of our Kochi location with hybrid work options. Responsibilities
• Administer and manage Atlassian Cloud applications including Jira, Confluence
• Lead and support migration activities from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
• Implement and maintain Jira Service Management (service desk projects), request types, and automations.
• Develop and maintain scripts using ScriptRunner for Jira/Confluence and strong documentation skills.
Requirements
• The ideal candidate would be a graduate with minimum 5+ years of proven work experience as an Atlassian Support Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with administration in Atlassian cloud systems
• Strong knowledge in administration in Atlassian jira and confluence cloud system
• Solid experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence), including automation and service desks in Atlassian jira
• Solid experience in migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud,
• Strong scripting skills using ScriptRunner for Jira/Confluence
