Project Manager - HRMS

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager with a solid technical background in .NET/.NET Core and Micro services architecture for developing and maintaining large enterprise web applications with high transaction concurrency. The ideal candidate should have expertise in leading complex web applications, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure web applications. Exposure to financial application domain or Enterprise resource planning is an added advantage.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
Project Management:

Quality Assurance and Deployment:

Experience: 15+ Years
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing .NET web application & HRMS Projects

Required work experience :
• Strong knowledge of the .NET framework, web technologies, and application development lifecycle.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships for the organization’s software products and SaaS solutions. Database Administrator

We are looking for a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with 2–4 years of experience to manage and support Microsoft SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in database administration and practical experience in log shipping, performance tuning, backups, CDC, data migration, and manual failover procedures.

Responsibilities :
• Install, configure, and upgrade Microsoft SQL Server
• Configure log shipping and troubleshoot synchronization issues to ensure data is consistently transferred between primary and secondary SQL Server instances.
• Perform manual failover in log shipping scenarios during planned maintenance or unplanned outages.
• Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies for Point in time Recovery.
• Monitor and optimize database performance using native tools and performance tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing
• Implement and monitor Change Data Capture (CDC) to support data replication and auditing
• Troubleshoot locking, deadlocks, and long-running queries to improve database performance and ensure smooth operations

Team Lead – Technical (Housing Finance)
